My stay at this hotel was a total disaster. The rooms were filthy with doors closed, no food, broken fridge, and infested with flies. The TV had no signal due to a broken cable, and the promised pool was empty. Waiting for 4 hours to check in added to the disappointment of this being the worst trip ever for my family.
